Hanem Bakery was established in Ankara Eryaman, its head office, in 2020, in order to present the unique flavors of the traditional cuisine of the Konya region, one of the oldest known settlements in the world, to our people in the most suitable, highest quality and cleanest way.
Konya cuisine, one of the starting points of the transition to agricultural society and settled life, has a history dating back to 10,000 years ago, early named Ikonium (sacred depiction) by the Christians, then Kuniya by the Arabs and finally named Konya after the Turks dominated the region.
Our aim; to ensure the transmission of this culture in its simplest form, and to mediate that the flavors accumulated over the centuries become an unforgettable place on the palate of our people.
Beef is one of the most nutritious foods you can eat. It is full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and various other nutrients that can have profound effects on health.
There is no additive in our dough and it is prepared with special brown flour, yeast and salt from Konya.
For this reason, our pitas will not dry and harden, and will offer an indispensable pita taste to the palate with its crunchiness.
